When I turn the dial to any setting, pots & pans, normal, or light, a very loud grinding noise takes place so I turn the dial to off and try again. Usually this only happens once or twice and then starts normally. Upon taking the bottom cover off the dishwasher to troubleshoot if this was a motor issue, I noticed when I turn the dial to the setting, the motor start relay was sparking from the striped wire (line) wire.
