I have a Woods upright freezer F2027DW4 - the upper door was left open for 9 days and I returned to spoiled food in the upper section but the lower was still frozen - I turned it off and cleaned it and the bottom area freezes but not freezing in the top - i cannot hear the fan or the compressor click and kick in? any suggestions
