I just bought a Eclipse Supra Fit 8GB MP3 + Video ...

I just bought a Eclipse Supra Fit 8GB MP3 + Video Player today, but I can't play the video that are in MP4 formats. Why? Do I need to to convert the video file to others formats? Pls reply asap, thanks.
