MY FRIEND BOUGHT YOUR ECLIPSE SUPRA FIT MP3 PLAYER. I AM TRYING TO PUT MUSIC ON IT FOR HIM. I PLUGGED IT IN TO MY LAPTOP AND IT WILL NOT EVEN ECONIZE THAT THIS IS A NEW PLUG AND PLAY EQUIPMENT. I EVEN TRYED IT WITH MY MEDIA PLAYER AND ITUNES, CAN NOT SEEM TO GET THIS PRODUCT RUNNING. IS THERE SPECIAL DRIVERS FOR THIS PLAYER?
