i have a problem with my printer i just moved it from one office to another and when i had it reconnected it starterd giving me a massege saying that a fault has occured turn machine off and on and if problem persists contact service provider and it show code 116-321, i did as advised but then the same massege appeared and the code has changed to 103-208 what can i do to resolve this problem
