Hello, I used my BV last week in the rain, it ran pretty hot. A week later I could not start it. I removed and cleaned plug, even tried strting fluid. It turned over briefly, appx 10 secs but then stopped again. I tried a long time and could not get it started. Is there a filter problem possibly? the gas was fine, 40/1 mix ratio. Any help would be appreciated.The model number is ym320bv
