Question About Yard-Man Lawn Mower 13AT604G401
Drive Surge...

I took it out for the first time this year. The tractor feels as though it is surging. I see no problem with the belts upon a first look and nothing else seems out of order. I am planning to look closer at the belts and the drive pedal mechanism. I am assuming the belts should be replaced after almost 10 years. Any suggestions? Thanks.
