Question About Yard-Man Lawn Mower 12A-559K401

I received a Yard Man 21" Cut, Self Propelled, Transmission Drive, walk behind lawn mower from my friend. It hasn't been used for about a year. I want to know what I need to do to tune it up, and get it working properly.

0 NEED PART NUMBER FOR AIR FILER ON THIS MODEL. NEED TO REPLACE.
