I have a Yardman Snow blower with a Tecumseh motor and its always been hard to start, now it wont start at all unless I use a little starting fluid. I have replaced the spark plug and I have good spark. It always leads back to the carburetor, I've taken the carb apart and nothing is plugged. and there is no adjustments to be made what should I do next
