Question About Yazoo/Kees YTBSV18

What is the purpose of the time delay module on the Yazoo Model YTBSV18 Mower? Is it available? If not, can it be bypassed? I have a wiring diagram, and I could figure it out, if it was clear. The diagram is very light , and unreadable.
