My zeki has worked fine for a year now all the sudden a message is popping up saying unfortunately, the process com.android phone has stopped. It will not allow you to click on anything else on the screen and when u click OK the message just comes right back. There has to be a way to get this message off of here so my zeki will work again, I've unplugged it but that didn't help the message still appears. Is there a way to reset the device without needing to click on anything?
