Just opened my zeki 10.1 tablet..let it charge..bu...

Just opened my zeki 10.1 tablet..let it charge..but no charge light at all..the battery icon shows full..but when I hit the power button it only goes to the ZEKI Scrren saver..did the factory reset..reboot..and still nothing..HELP! CALLED THE HELPLINE 3 TIMES AND WAS DISCONNECTED OR TOLD THEY COULDNT HEAR ME!!!
