REMOVED COVER, APPEARS MAGNET NOT RELEASING TO ALLOW TRAY TO OPEN. ANY HELP?

0 Removed cover and black plastic piece straddling DVD tray. Dog hair was wrapped around small white pulley at front. Removed belt, removed hair, replaced belt. Tray now opens and closes normally.
