Question....

Could someone tell me how to get the time and/or channel number to display on my VCR's screen? I can only record shows on channel 3. Please reply to:"unclelenny45@hotmail.com" Thanks

0 P.S. There is no converter box hooked up to anything, just a straight cable connection to the TV.
