Deleting a Document in Memory
1 Display the FAX menu.
See “Display the FAX menu.” on page 45.
2 Display the Memory reference screen.
See “Display the Memory reference screen.” on page 73.
3 Press the { or } button to select Delete specified doc., then press the OK
button.
4 Press the { or } button to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the
document you want to delete, then press the OK button.
5 Press the { or } button to select Yes to delete the document, then press the OK
button.
6 To delete other documents, return to step 4. To exit, press the Back button or the
Stop/Reset button.
