Calibration (Standard Color Condition Setup)
The printer itself can be adjusted to provide consistent prints. Perform a calibration (standard color
condition setup) whenever the donor is changed, or within one month after the last calibration.
To calibrate (setup standard color conditions), follow the procedure given below:

Press the [ON LINE] key on the operation panel to place
the machine in the OFF LINE mode.

Once the OFF LINE mode is activated, press the [NEXT]
key.
★ The message changes to "Calibration".
■ Creation of the calibration pattern

Press the [SEL] key.
★ The message changes to "Print Reference".

Press the [ ] key.
★ The message changes to "Imaging", and the machine
begins loading the calibration pattern data.
As print processing gets underway following loading of
the calibration pattern, the message changes to
"Processing".

Remove the calibration pattern from the print tray.
★ The message indication will alternate repeatedly between
"Measure Density" and "Cancel".
