CALL/VFO SCAN
Use Call/VFO Scan to monitor both the Call channel and
the current VFO frequency on the selected band.
1 Select your desired band.
2 Press [VFO].
3 Select your desired frequency.
4 Press [CALL] (1 s) to start Call/VFO Scan.
• The 1 MHz decimal blinks while scanning is in progress.
5 To exit Call/VFO Scan, press [CALL] again.
CALL/MEMORY SCAN
Use Call/Memory Scan to monitor both the Call channel
and your desired memory channel.
1 Recall your desired memory channel.
2 Press [CALL] (1 s) to start Call/Memory Scan.
• The 1 MHz decimal blinks while scanning is in progress.
• The Call channel on the same band as of the selected
memory channel is used for Scan.
3 To exit Call/Memory Scan, press [CALL] again.
Note: The selected memory channel is scanned even if it has been
locked out.
