Installing Writing Software
Using B’s Recorder GOLD5 BASIC / B’s CLiP5
Note:

Refer to B’s Recorder GOLD5 BASIC / B’s CLiP5 PDF manuals included on the
CD-ROM supplied with this drive for usage of these writing software programs.
To read the manuals, click [B’s Manual], then select the manual you require.
It is necessary to install Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 4.0 or later) to read PDF
manuals. If not installed on your computer, click [Acrobat Reader] to install the
application from the supplied CD-ROM.

To start B’s Recorder GOLD5 BASIC, from the Start Menu, select
[All Programs] ➝ [B.H.A] ➝ [B’s Recorder GOLD5] ➝ [B’s Recorder GOLD5].
■ B’s CLiP5
B’s CLiP5 stays resident automatically after Windows startup.
When an unused disc (media) or a disc formatted with B’s CLiP is inserted
into the drive, B’s CLiP5 starts automatically.
Caution:
BFor Windows XP, disable Windows XP standard writing function.
(From Task Bar, click [start] ➝ [My Computer], right-click DVD/CD-RW Drive,
click [Properties] ➝ [Recording], then uncheck [Enable CD recording on this
drive].)
