Sweet potato and soybean milk
• Ingredients:
• 40 g of sweet potato (around
1/2 cup)
• 35 g of soybeans (around 1/2 cup)
• Cooking: Wash the soybeans and
soak for 6 hours. Remove the sweet
potato skin and cut the sweet potato
into 1.3-mm cubes. For details, see
