Using the Optional Thomson Car Cord Adapter/Charger
The optional 1CVA356 car cord adapter/charger allows you to power your camcorder
from the cigarette lighter socket of a car, truck, or RV. It converts 24- and 12-volts to a
6-volt output. The 1CVA356 can also charge the battery that came with your
camcorder and the (long play) batteries.
Notes: Consult instructions enclosed with the 1CVA356 for details.
The vehicle’s engine does not have to be running when using the car cord.

Use 1CVA356 Car Cord Adapter/Charger to Charge a Battery
1. If the power connector’s plug is
attached to adapter/charger, remove it.
2. Attach the battery as shown.
3. The CHARGE indicator will light while
the battery is being charged. When the
CHARGE indicator turns off, the
battery is charged.
