Text Messaging
Using Text Messaging
Using your phone you can send text MSGs to other mobile phones in
North America and rest of the world, depending on your carrier. For
more information, refer to you carrier.
In addition, messaging includes a variety of pre-set messages such
as “Where are you?” that make composing messages fast and easy.
To send a text message:
1. Press the left softkey for Menu.
2. Press for Messaging.
3. Press for Text Messaging.
4. Press for Send Message.
5. Enter the phone number of the person to whom you’re
sending a message and press .
Shortcut: You can choose phone numbers or addresses saved to your
phone by pressing the left softkey for
Options, and selecting
Contacts.
• If you wish to send your text message to multiple
addressees, repeat step 5. Use the navigation keys to
move up and down your list of addressees. You can send
a text message to a maximum of 10 numbers.
6. Enter your message using the keypad. Press when
finished.
