above them (in the bottom line of the display).
Deletes characters from the display.
In the menu facility, s c roll through the menu
options and phonebook memory.
In idle mode, access your favourite menu
options dire c t l y. You can assign menu
options to each key via the Quick Menu
option. For further information, see page 102.
In idle mode, allows you to access the
WAP Browser menu quickly.
Ends a call. Also switches the phone on and
off when pressed and held.
In the menu facility, returns to the idle mode
and cancels your input.
Enters numbers, letters and some special
characters.
In idle mode, toggles between the vibration
and melody alert types.
Volume keys
During a call, adjust
the earpiece volume.
In idle mode with
the flip cover open,
adjust the key tone
volume.
Makes or answers a call.
In idle mode, recalls the last number dialled.
In the menu facility, selects a menu function
or stores information that you have entere d
(such as a name) in the phone or SIM memory.
Flip cover
If the flip cover is detached
f rom the phone either
accidentally or on purpose,
it can be easily clipped
back on to the phone.
