All memos recorded are played back, starting with
the most recent one.
Delete All: allows you to delete all memos. Press
the
OK soft key when the message “Delete All
Confirm?” is displayed.
AnswerPhone Menu 3-4
You can set your phone to answer calls with your
own recorded message.
You can use the message to inform callers of your
current situation and to guide them to leaving
messages in your voice mail.
While the message is being played, if you wish, you
can take the call by pressing the
Accept soft key.
The following options are available.
AnswerPhone: To turn off the AnswerPhone, select
Disable, to turn on, select Enable.
Message Record: You can record for up to 35
seconds. To stop recording before the time is up,
press the
Stop soft key. To change the message, use
the
Delete option, and record a new one.
Message Select: The phone offers two default
messages, and one message of your own. You can
select User Message only when you have recorded
your own message.
Voice Memo Menu 3-3
You can use the Voice Memo feature to:
• Record up to three voice memos
• Play the recorded voice memos
• Delete one or all voice memos
The following options are available.
Record: allows you to record a memo. The screen
displays the:
• Memo location
• Date and time when the memo was recorded
• Recording time counter
The maximum recording time is about 35 seconds.
If you want to record for longer, press the
Continue
soft key. Split appears instead of Continue. You can
continue recording and the rest of the memo is
stored in the next memo location.
To stop recording, press the
Stop soft key.
Note: If all memo locations are full, you must delete
an old memo before recording a new one.
Replay: allows you to play back all memos recorded,
starting with the most recent memo. The screen
displays the:
• Memo location
• Date and time when the memo was recorded
To skip to the next memo, press the
Skip soft key. To
stop the playback, press the
Stop soft key.
Delete One: allows you to delete a specific memo.
