Finding and Dialing a PhoneBook Entry
1. In Idle mode, press the Down navigation key or press the
Menu (left) soft key ( ), then press (for
PhoneBook) and (for) Contact List.
The Contact List screen appears in the display.
2. Enter the first few letters of the entry name.
A list of PhoneBook entries appears in the display,
starting with the first Contact matching your input.
3. If needed, use the navigation keys to highlight the
desired Contact.
4. To dial the number, press the key.
5. To show details about the highlighted entry, press the
View (left) soft key ( ).
6. Press the Options (left) soft key ( ) to access the
PhoneBook entry options. For more information see
"Editing an Existing PhoneBook Entry" on page 81.
Dialing a Number from the SIM Card
1. In Idle mode, enter the location number for the phone
number you want to dial and press the key.
The phone number and name stored at that SIM location
appear in the display.
2. Press the Dial (left) soft key ( ), the key, or the
key to dial the number you want.
