System, and customized lists for
individual users.

User profile basics
If your DIRECTV
®
High-Definition Receiver is going to be used by more than one person
in your household, you should consider setting up user profiles for each user.
• Change the color and translucency of the Menu and Guide screens for each
user profile.
• Set which user profile is currently active.
• Lock and unlock the system (controlling when the ratings limits, spending limits,
and channel restrictions are active).
