Symptom Explanation/Solution
The disc cannot be removed.
• Your camcorder is damp and moist inside (condensation). Or the internal
temperature of your camcorder is unusually high. Turn off your camcorder and leave
it for about 1 hour in a cool and dry place.

• Finalising is interrupted by turning off your camcorder. Turn on your camcorder and
remove the disc only when the finalisation is completed.

Disc is not recognised and the
disc cover opens.
• The disc is damaged. Replace with a new disc.
Memory cards (VP-DX103(i)/DX104/DX105(i) only)

• Insert a memory card into your camcorder properly.
