¾cupsourcream
½cupbrownsugar
2eggs
1½cupsplainflour

1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonbakingsoda
1.Preheatovento180°C.Greaseandlinea
20cmcakepanwithbakingpaper.
2.Usingtheprocessingbowlfittedwiththe
universal‘s’bladeprocessbutter,banana,
sourcream,sugarsandeggsuntilsmooth.
3.Addremainingingredientsandpulseuntil
justcombined.
4.Pourintopreparedpanandbakefor50-55
minutesoruntilgoldenandcooked.
Allowtocoolinthepanfor10minutes
beforeturningoutontoawirerack.
5.Oncethecakehascooled,spreadthesides
andtopofthecakewithcreamcheese
icing.

500gcreamcheese,roomtemperature
100gbutter,roomtemperature
2teaspoonsvanillaessence
1½cupsicingsugar
1.Usingtheprocessingbowlfittedwiththe
universal‘s’bladeprocesscreamcheese,
butterandvanilla.Graduallyaddtheicing
sugar.Processuntilsmooth.
2.Thisicingcanberefrigeratedinaclean
airtightcontainerforuptooneweek.
