¾ Enable Wireless Radio - Select or deselect this check box to allow or deny wireless stations
to access the device.
¾ Wireless Security - Wireless Security will enable you to configure wireless security for your
wireless network to protect your data from intruders.
There are four options, which are
explained below.
• None - If the network of the desired AP/ Router is unsecured, please choose this option.
• WEP - If the Wireless Security of the desired AP/ Router is WEP, please select this option,
then you will see the page display as shown below.
Type - Select the authentication type from the drop-down list. It must be the same as the
desired AP/ Router’s.
WEP Key Format - Select WEP Key format from the drop-down list, which must be the
same as the desired AP/ Router’s.
WEP Index - Select the index of the desired AP/ Router’s WEP Password.
WEP Password - Enter the desired AP/ Router’s WEP Password here.
• WPA-PSK/ WPA2-PSK - Select this option, the page will display as shown below.
Version - Select the authentication version from the drop-down list. It must be the same
as the desired AP/ Router’s.
Encryption - Select the Encryption from the drop-down list, which must be the same as
the desired AP/ Router’s.
PSK Password - Enter the desired AP/ Router’s PSK Password here.
• No Change - If you choose this option, wireless security configuration will not change.
