Repeat play
Press [REPEAT] during play.
Each time you press the button:
DVD
a CHAPTER REPEAT ( ) : Current chapter is repeated.
b TITLE REPEAT ( ) : Current title is repeated.
c REPEAT OFF: Repeat mode is canceled.
CD (MP3 disc)
d TRACK REPEAT ( ) : Current track is repeated.
e GROUP REPEAT ( ) : Current group is repeated.
f REPEAT OFF: Repeat mode is canceled.
Video CD, CD
: All tracks on the disc are repeated.
Original display: Repeat mode is canceled.
To cancel repeat play
Press [REPEAT] to clear “ ”.
•
When playing Video CDs and CDs, you can combine random play
(➡ page 23) or the CD MANAGER (➡ page 24) and repeat play.
Note
•
Repeat play does not work if the play time for the disc is not dis-
played.
•
You cannot use repeat play to repeat an entire DVD or an entire
MP3 disc.
To repeat only your favorite tracks
Video CD and CD only
1 Program the tracks you want (➡ page 22).
2 Press [DVD/CD :].
3 Press [REPEAT] to display “ ”.
Repeating a specific section (A-B REPEAT)
1 Press [SHIFT] + [A-B REPEAT] during
play at the starting point (A).
2 Press [SHIFT] + [A-B REPEAT] at the
finishing point (B).
To cancel A-B repeat play
Press [SHIFT] + [A-B REPEAT] to display “
¤
¤
”
on the screen.
Note
•
This feature cannot be used if the play time for the DVD is not
displayed.
•
The player automatically determines the end of a title or track as
point B.
•
Subtitles may not appear around A and B. (DVD)
