Requirements
Before you install the MERLIN LEGEND software, note the following
requirements:
Procedure 1: Stop the Voice System
Before you can load the MERLIN LEGEND software, you must stop the voice
system.

CAUTION:
All calls in progress will be disconnected.
To stop the voice system, use the following procedure:
1. Login as craft.
2. Press to accept the AT386 default.
3. The INTUITY Administration menu is displayed.
4. Begin at the INTUITY Administration menu, and select the following
sequence:
The following message is displayed:
Enter y to continue, n to quit.
Login: craft
