ToupdatetheCycloneMKV2’sfirmwaredownloadthefirmwareupdatefrom
theSumvisionwebsite.
PleasenotethatfirmwareupdatefilesfortheCycloneMKV2areusually
compressedintoaRARarchivefile.
Extractthefilesfromthearchive.
TransferthealltheextractedfilestoanemptyUSBpendrive.Itisadvisedto
transferthefilesintotheUSBpendrive’srootdirectoryandnotinafolderas
thismaycausetheplayertonotdetecttheupdate.
InsertthependrivecontainingtheupdateintotheCycloneMKV2.
SwitchontheCycloneMKV2andfromthemainmenu,selectsetupto
navigatetotheSystemsetupmenu.
FromthismenuselectSystemUpdate.OnceontheSystemupdatescreen
selectSystemUpgradebypressingOKontheremotecontrol.
TheCycloneMKV2willnowbeginupgradingthefirmware.Youwillnotice
theplayerrebootanddisplaythefirmwareupgradinganimation.Donotturn
offthepoweruntiltheupgradehasbeencompleted.
