Back/Clear key
: Press to close the current menu and return
to the previous menu or screen. While in any text edit
screen, you can also press to backspace and clear text.
Press and hold to clear all text in the field.

End key
: Ends a call or exits a program. Press and hold this
key for two seconds to lock the keypad. While in the main
menu, it returns the phone to standby mode and cancels
your input.
13.
Right Soft key
: Allows you to select soft key actions or
menu items corresponding to the bottom right line on the
display screen. When you receive an incoming call, press
the
Right
Soft key to ignore. If you press the
Right
Soft key during a call, you access the Menu options.
14. Navigation keys: These keys allow you to scroll through
phone menu options.
15.
OK key
: Allows you to access the menu screen. It also
allows you to accept choices when navigating through a
menu.
16.
Display
: This screen displays all the information needed to
operate your phone.
17.
Headset/Power adapter jack/USB or data cable
: Allows you
to plug in the travel adapter (power), PC connection cable
(data transfer), and optional headset for safe, convenient,
hands-free conversations.
18.
Alert lamp
: Alerts you when a call or message is received.
19.
Light sensor
: Uses the light levels to adjust the screen’s
brightness and contrast.

In bright light conditions (outdoors) the phone increases keypad
brightness and contrast for better viewing.
•
While talking on the phone, if the sensors are blocked the phone
locks the keypad to prevent accidental key presses.
20.
Earpiece
: Used to listen to audio from your phone.
