Network Variable Input Definitions
The network variable input definitions are listed alphabetically by network variable.
nviBaseLdgReq
Base loading Auto/On request, SNVT_switch
This input requests the chiller to use the base loading control method. With this method,
the chiller controls to a requested capacity level rather than to a chilled-water or hot-water
setpoint. This variable is used as an Auto/On and cannot be used to force the chiller to
exit base loading control.
• Default: Uses nciBaseLdgReq
• Invalid value: 0xFF, 0xFF
nviBaseLdgSetpt
Base loading setpoint, SNVT_lev_percent
This input network variable is the requested capacity level the chiller should control to
when using the Base Loading control method. Any setpoint value received will be
clamped into a valid range by the chiller.
• Default: Uses nciBaseLdgSetp
• Invalid value: 0x7FFF = 163.835%
• Range: -163.84% to 163.83% (limited at chiller) or invalid
