Explanation: APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL (AR/CTL) detected that
the restart checkpoint has been switched. This message displays the user ID of the
TSO user (userid) who last switched the checkpoint, as well as the date and time
when the checkpoint was switched. This message also displays the previous
checkpoint chkpid) and previous date. The accompanying message BMC74303I
displays the previous checkpoint time, the current checkpoint ID, date, and time, and
the original checkpoint ID, date, and time.
System Action: AR/CTL also issues message BMC74303I, and processing
continues.
