Combine 1tbsp
ghee
and cashews. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. In another bowl, combine remaining
ghee
, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and ginger and microwave on HIGH for 4
minutes. Remove and add the semolina. Stir well. Add the boiling water and salt. Stir well. Let this rest
covered for 10 minutes. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring twice. Remove. Fork through to remove
any lumps. Garnish with the fried cashews. Serve hot.
