METHOD
Place chopped onion, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and ginger-garlic
paste in a bowl with the oil. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir. Add tomato, chicken mince and ½ cup water.
Microwave covered on HIGH for approximately 5 minutes,stirring twice, until almost dry.Add
garam masala
and peas. Cook on HIGH for a further 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
