GPS
You can change settings to get information about your
current location. This program may not be available
depending on your country.
1. From the
Start
menu, tap
Settings
→
System
tab
→
GPS
.
2. Select an operation mode from the drop-down list.
•
Stand alone
: get information about the location
receiving signals from the satellites directly.
•
Mobile based
: get information about the location via
the server and find out your current location via the
device. Enter the server address and TCP port which
are provided by your service provider. Also, select an
access point. This mode may be additional charged for
using the network.
•
Mobile assisted
: get information about the location
and find out your current location via the server. Enter
the server address and TCP port which are provided by
your service provider. Also, select an access point. This
mode may be additional charged for using the
network.
