The other party’s fax
machine is out of paper
or its memory is full.

dialing button or coded
speed dialing code you
entered has not been
registered.
In manual sending via
the handset (1 p. 7-6),
you entered a speed
dialing number that is
assigned to a group.
You attempted to poll a
fax machine with a
password, but the other
party has not set a
password or their fax
machine does not
support polling with a
password.
You attempted to send a
document with a
password, but the other
party’s fax machine does
not support reception
with a password.
If you need more space,
wait for the unit to send any
faxes. Also, print, send, or
delete any documents you
no longer need to be stored
in memory (1 p. 9-4).

have them load paper in

up space in their fax
machine’s memory.
