TIGHTENING ALL THE BOLTS
1 Tighten the bolts securing the connecting arms to the dyno (four on each arm).
Refer to Figure 1-10.
2 Tighten the four bolts securing the reinforcement brace. Refer to Figure 1-11.
3 Tighten the two bolts securing the rear wheel to the mobile base frame. Do this
for both rear wheels. Refer to Figure 1-16.
4 Tighten the three bolts securing the rear wheel to the brake and the three bolts
securing the rear wheel to the dyno. Refer to Figure 1-16.
5 Tighten the four bolts that secure the mobile base frame to the brake and the six
bolts that secure the mobile base frame to the dyno (ten bolts total).

INSTALLING THE FRONT WHEEL MOUNT ASSEMBLY
1 Secure the front wheel mount assembly to the dyno using six 1/2-13 x 1 1/2-inch
bolts, twelve 1/2-inch washers, and six 1/2-inch nuts.
2 Tighten all six bolts (three on each side).
