Verification Checklist
Complete this checklist to verify that the installation was successful and
that you are able to access the courseware. For instructions on how to
perform the following tasks in the management system, consult the
management system guides.
Using the License Manager utility, view the current license
summary to verify that your license key includes the correct
courses and the correct number of associated licenses.
Create a new system manager user and assign all of the courses
to that user. Then, log in as the new user and run each course to
verify that it is accessible.
Verify the ODBC configuration. To verify the ODBC
configuration, complete the following steps:
1. Log on to a student interface as the new system
manager user. Run any course and answer five
questions. Exit the course and the student interface.
2. Log on to a teacher interface and run a course report
for the user.
3. Print the report.
You have now completed the installation of the SuccessMaker Enterprise
v1.6 system on your NetWare server. For further information on server
optimization settings, go to “Tech Notes and Tips” on page 144.
