COMMAND DESCRIPTION
. del<port><mac addr.><vid>
Deletes a static MAC address on
the specified port.
filter
The following commands relate
to port filters. Port filtering means
sifting traffic from one or all ports
to one or all ports based on the
source and/or destination MAC
addresses and VLAN group.
disable
Clears current run-time filters.
display
Displays current run-time filter
status.
set <src port><src mac><src vid><dest
port><dest mac><dest vid>
Creates a filter rule using
source/destination port, MAC
address and VLAN group
information. “*” means “any”.
mirror
The following commands relate
to port mirrors. Port mirroring is
copying traffic from one or all
ports to another or all ports for
external analysis.
disable
Clears current run-time port
mirror settings.
display
Displays current run-time port
mirror settings.
set <src port><src mac><src vid><dest
port><dest mac><dest vid>
Creates a mirror rule using
source/destination port, MAC
address and VLAN group
information. “*” means “any”.
<input|output|both>
Sets the direction of mirrored
traffic.
port <port>
Sets the mirror port (the port
traffic is copied to for analysis).
bw
The following commands relate
to bandwidth control rules.
Bandwidth control means
defining a maximum allowable
bandwidth for traffic flows from
specified source(s) to specified
destination(s).
disable
Clears current run-time
bandwidth control rules.
display
Displays current run-time
bandwidth control rules.
