U1553 An error occurred during APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL (AR/CTL)
initialization.

User Response: Check the messages issued during the job step for details about the
cause of the error and the action to take.
U1554 The utility was not able to process the request successfully or encountered an error
during processing.
System Action: Processing terminates.
User Response: Correct the problem and resubmit the job. If the Automatic Restart
Preparation utility produced this message, the BCFPRINT and/or ARCPRINT data
sets contain additional information about the error.
U1555 The BATCH CONTROL FACILITY (BCF) interface module was not able to find
the BLPLCA control block.
System Action: Processing terminates.
User Response: Contact BMC Software Product Support for assistance.
