BMC93015E ERROR CONNECTING SESSION, SESSION TYPE=type, RC=rc,
CICS=region
Explanation: APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL (AR/CTL) encountered an
error and received the given return code (rc) from CICS while connecting a type
session to the specified CICS region. The following values are valid for type:
FS function shipping
DTP distributed transaction processing
System Action: AR/CTL terminates the task abnormally with abend 1711 and
reason code X’00093015’.
User Response: Check the return code (rc). The return codes are documented in the

005C The specified CICS region is unavailable. Bring up the CICS region, and

0068 The connection ID defined in the remote access connection ID table does
