The following table describes the labels in this screen.
14.8 Mirroring
Port mirroring allows you to copy a traffic flow to a mirror port (the port you copy the traffic
to) in order that you can examine the traffic from the mirror port without interference.
Click Configuration > Switch Configuration > Mirroring to display the configuration
screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Active Select this check box to activate your rule. You may temporarily deactivate a rule without
deleting it by clearing this check box.
MAC Enter the MAC address in valid MAC address format, that is, six hexadecimal character
pairs. Static MAC addresses do not age out.
VID Enter the VLAN group identification number.
Port Select a port where the MAC address entered in the previous field will be automatically
forwarded.
OK Click OK to save the settings.
Close Click Close to close the screen. All unsaved settings will be lost.
