Warranty Information.
Date that you received your device.
Brief description of the problem and the steps you took to solve it.
Note: You may be asked to download log reports related to CPU utilization, memory and
crash in the Tech Support menu for issue analysis. Click Menu > Management >
Maintenance > Tech-Support
