Please note: Before running a measurement, if desired, select
the autosave mode. Select this function on the [Options] menu.
Procedure without injections
Insert microplate correctly into the luminometer and close
cover.
Run background measurement, if necessary ( ).
Select the wells to be measured (
).
Start measurement (
).
Each sample is measured according to the pre-defined
measurement time, and the measured values are displayed
per data point.
The measurement is finished when all predefined measure-
ments have been carried out (Figure 7-9).
